What this site collects, what happens to it, and how to have it removed.

Who we are. By Zoe is the trading name of Zoe Easton, based in Devon and working across the UK. This site is by-zoe.co.uk. You can reach us at hello@by-zoe.co.uk.
What we collect. This site collects personal information in one place only, the contact form. If you send it, we receive the name, email address, business name, phone number, the option you selected and the message you wrote. We use those solely to answer your enquiry and to carry on any conversation that follows from it. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
Cookies and analytics. This site sets no cookies. It runs no advertising and no third-party analytics, and it does not track you between visits or across other sites.
Services we rely on. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles visitor IP addresses in order to serve and protect it. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so a request to Google includes standard technical information such as your IP address. Contact form submissions are delivered to us as email by a sending provider acting on our instructions, and are stored in our email account after that.
How long we keep it. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with the enquiry and any work that comes from it, and are deleted once they no longer serve a purpose.
Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@by-zoe.co.uk and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
